The CBS International Business School is a state-recognised, private business school with predominantly English-language courses of study and an international orientation. It is one of the pioneers of Bachelor studies in Germany and today offers a broad program portfolio of Bachelor's, Master’s, and MBA programs.
For our Bachelor and Master programmes at CBS we welcome language teachers specifically for, but not limited to: English, German, Spanish, French, Italian and Chinese! With globalization playing a significant role within education we are happy to take on teachers for various languages. We are currently looking for freelance lecturers to teach hybrid language classes from our campuses in Aachen, Brühl, Cologne, Mainz, Neuss, Potsdam / Berlin and Solingen.
Language Teacher (m/w/d)
on a freelance basis
WHAT YOU BRING:
- A university degree, preferably in the field of foreign languages, education, business, or in a related field
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) for languages
- Pedagogical, didactic, and methodological competencies
- Minimum of 5 years experience teaching foreign languages, preferably in an academic environment
- Intercultural competence & ability to work in a team
- Digital teaching experience and digital literacy a must
- Native or near-native level in the language taught (English / German / Spanish / French / Italian / Chinese)
- Proficiency in both English and German preferable, but not necessary
